About the role
Lead small groups of participants on conservation expeditions. First-aid trained, fluent English, 2+ years guiding experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead small groups of participants safely on conservation expeditions
- Deliver field briefings, skills sessions and daily activities
- Manage risk and respond to first-aid situations
- Support participant wellbeing and team morale
What you will need
- Wilderness first-aid certificate (current)
- Fluent English
- 2+ years guiding or expedition experience
- Right to work in Costa Rica or eligibility to obtain it

- I hold a current wilderness first-aid certificate
- Are you available for the full season (Jun–Sep)?
- How many years have you spent leading expeditions?
