About the role

Lead small groups of participants on conservation expeditions. First-aid trained, fluent English, 2+ years guiding experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead small groups of participants safely on conservation expeditions
  • Deliver field briefings, skills sessions and daily activities
  • Manage risk and respond to first-aid situations
  • Support participant wellbeing and team morale

What you will need

  • Wilderness first-aid certificate (current)
  • Fluent English
  • 2+ years guiding or expedition experience
  • Right to work in Costa Rica or eligibility to obtain it

  • I hold a current wilderness first-aid certificate
  • Are you available for the full season (Jun–Sep)?
  • How many years have you spent leading expeditions?
