How we measure impact
We report the change, not just the activity — we show our working, and we are honest about what we cannot prove yet.
Outputs & outcomes
An output is the work done; an outcome is the change it caused. We lead with outcomes and label every figure.

Theory of change
Local teams run the activities — surveys, sessions, clean-ups — and those activities create measurable change for ecosystems and communities. Each NGO reports both sides, so the link between the work and the change stays visible.
What a theory of change is →Where the figures come from
Each NGO submits its own monitoring records through the network’s reporting tool. We sum them exactly as reported — no adjustments, no estimates — and every NGO’s full history is open on its impact page.
A note on newer measures: some outcome measures — like CO₂e per hub, women's confidence change and per-child learning gains — were added to the framework recently and aren't yet reported by every hub, so they're left out rather than shown as zero.
